My case was damaged when it arrived:
It is necessary to express some reservations if you receive a parcel presenting a bump or evidences of a collision.
If the packaging is very damaged, and unless you are absolutely certain that the case is in perfect condition, refuse it and contact us using the form available in the after-sales section to warn us of your refusal as well as your reasons for doing so.
If the box is only a little damaged, but presents evidences of a collision, do not hesitate to point it out via precise and detailed reservations such as “flattened top right-end corner” or “wet packaging.” The mention “Subject to unboxing” is not a precise reservation. It doesn’t hold any value.
As much as possible, check the content of the parcel. If the device is damaged, your reservations have to be conveyed by email under the 48h following delivery, and confirmed under the same period of time to the haulier by a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Under those circumstances, this letter is peremptory.
Standard return policy:
Go to the website to notify us of your wish to return your Smoking-Stopper device.
Click on “My account” and log in. To gain access to “Order history and details” click on the order details.
Select the product to return, explain precisely your motives for returning it, then click on “Return”.
Your return application is then saved. You can find it in “My items’ returns”.
Smoking-Stopper’s after sales service will deal with your request as quickly as possible. If it is accepted, you will receive a Colissimo label to print and stick on your parcel before reshipment.
You will also have to print your return voucher. You will find it in your return request in your account section -> My items’ returns.
Put this return voucher in the package before reclosing it.
The returned item has to be most new and without any mark of use. It must be in its packaging and perfectly intact.
You only have to bring your parcel back to the closest post office.
Within the framework of distance selling regulations, you have a legal right of retractation within the 14 days following your order.
Return is entirely free. You don’t have anything to pay.
You will be entirely refunded as soon as the device has been received and checked, 14 days after the parcel’s return receipt at the latest.
An email will be sent informing you that your refund has been made by a credit equal to the corresponding transaction on your credit card.
